Thermocouples can accurately measure temperature, and the combination of two wires of different materials can produce voltage that varies with temperature.
When testing temperature, the whole measuring chain (pin, wire connected with it) shall be made of the same material. In this way, the uneven temperature of parts with the same initial temperature can be avoided.
The measurement chain can be expanded by using thermocouple pins. Different types of thermocouples are made of different materials to adapt to the temperature range of measurement. Modular thermocouple connector is specially used for integrated connection of multi-channel thermocouple output, with the characteristics of modular combination and fast connection.
